Kenan FX Upgrade KenanFX Upgrade Support Belgacom on the upgrade of Kenan to KenanFX. InnoWave supports Comverse on the testing effort of the migration to the new KenanFX platform.

 
KenanFX convergent customer care and billing solution. Completed Q2, 2012.
VAS/Voicemail VAS/Voicemail solutions To lower the TCO and support innovative future products (integrated fixed-mobile voicemail, visual voicemail, etc), Belgacom decide to replace its existing Voicemail solution.

 

 
InnoWave provided project management services in order to select a vendor and manage the complete project end-to-end. The new Voicemail solution was successfully launched.
Commissioning/Sales Performance Implementation and support of a Commissioning/Sales Performance application.In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the fixed line commissions reports and payments, Belgacom decided to implement a next generation SPM solution from Callidus.

 
InnoWave provided subject matter experts and business analysts to support the project through-out. The solution built was based on Callidus Truecomp product, using complex data integration processes based on Informatica Powercenter. The project was successfully completed in Q3 2011 with coninual support and upgrades upto Q3 2014.



 
Performance Tuning Performance Tuning of the Mobile Order Management application To ensure business continuity of the Mobile Order Management solution, Belgacom needed architecture and strategic technology advice.

Fixed Line customer sales application. Replacement and roll-out of the Fixed Line customer sales application. In order to improve the customer service functions and improve the sales process, Belgacom decided to replace the legacy order management and sales application with a state-of-the-art sales solution (Siebel).
