To move the existing BSS systems of a Japanese triple play operator to our CRM and Billing solution with a totally customized CRM portal and totally integrated with other platforms.
We built a 100% customized CRM portal and integrated it with our middleware and billing systems besides the integration done with all other in use systems on the customer environment. The solution was able to deal with millions of customers and hundreds of agents managing the system in parallel. The performance was then fundamental and out team was able to improve and tune all system to allow millions of transactions without any restrictions in the system.
The final result totally covered the customer expectations in terms of design, features and performance. We were able to understand all customer needs and requirements and implemented them together with the customer teams, so it was an example of teamwork between the customer and InnoWave, where at the end we were a single team. This was an incredible example of how InnoWave works with the Customers: “we work with clients rather than for them”.
