InnoWave, a Portuguese Technology Company, announced today the opening of a new office in London. Initially it will have 10 employees and, until the end of the year lnnoWave plans to increase this team by recruiting new British and Portuguese consultants.
This is InnoWave’s second international office (the first one was in Brussels 3 years ago) and represents a natural step forward, since there are already several strategic customers in the UK using InnoWave’ solutions and services, such as Vodafone Global and Sky. By having a local team on the ground, InnoWave will be able to further improve customer focus and efficiency.According to Tiago Gonçalves, CEO at InnoWave Technologies, "London has a close connection to another very important and strategic market for us - the US, where we are evaluating the next opening."
In terms of value proposition for this market, InnoWave will continue its focus on Consulting (mainly CRM, Billing, Network Provisioning, Service Fulfilment and TaaS) and Solutions (mainly InnSpect - test automation robot, and Interactive TV).
The initial investment in the London office amounted to 90,000 pounds and until the end of the year, InnoWave expects revenues of 800k euros – 14% of its the global revenue. The international market already accounts for 52% of the global revenue.
